Prelaunch terms

Effective date: October 6, 2026.

These terms describe permitted use of the BND Firm Desk information site and limited sign-in testing operated by BetterCase. They do not replace an agreement between BetterCase and the firm.

Limited purpose

The case-management application has not launched. This site is for service information and authorized authentication testing. It is not a channel for submitting case documents, requesting representation, giving legal instructions, or tracking deadlines.

Authorized use

Use your own account and accurate identity information. Do not impersonate another person, share sessions, bypass access checks, or attempt to access data outside your authorization. Successful Google sign-in alone does not establish permission to access a firm’s case information.

Testing and availability

Prelaunch pages and test accounts may change or become unavailable as the service is prepared. Do not rely on them for client work, legal deadlines, communications, or recordkeeping. Firm personnel remain responsible for their existing working systems and professional decisions.

Information handling

The privacy notice explains the current sign-in information flow. Do not submit confidential client information through this information site or the support mailbox.

Support and production use

Contact matt@bettercase.ai for technical setup questions. Production use, support expectations, access roles, and data-handling arrangements must be established with the firm before the application is released. Any production terms must reflect that agreement and the implemented service.
